Celebrate the season with the talented young musicians of the Peninsula Youth Orchestra! The concert opens with holiday favorites performed by the Soundscapes Performance Ensemble, a pre-professional training group comprised of outstanding PYO members. The second half features the full Peninsula Youth Orchestra in “Classical Icons,” a program that will “B” amazing with timeless works by Bach, Bologne, Beethoven, Brahms, and Bizet — a showcase of passion, precision, and the next generation of orchestral excellence.

The Peninsula Youth Orchestra is a program of Soundscapes that provides advanced student musicians with the opportunity to perform major orchestral works while developing leadership, collaboration, and artistry.
The Soundscapes Performance Ensemble is a pre-professional training program for high-achieving students preparing for college or conservatory-level study, emphasizing professionalism, ensemble skills, and musical expression.
