4 p.m.: Higher Ground Big Band (Diamonstein) 

5 p.m.: Stan’s Big Band (Diamonstein)

6 p.m.: The Henry Harris Big Band (Diamonstein)

The Virginia Community Music Festival provides community music ensembles the opportunity to perform in the acoustically superb halls of CNU's Ferguson Center for the Arts. It celebrates and promotes lifelong music-making, offers workshops and clinics on how to better serve the community and manage an organization, and enhances the cultural life of Hampton Roads.

All workshops and concerts are free and open to the public. No ticket or reservation is required. General admission seating.
